Part of the hotel heart of Guayaquil and Quito is part of Semaica’s architectural ingenuity.
Semaica started building hotels in 1984 with the Hotel República in Quito.
From that moment on, he writes his history in the construction of this category with urban icons such as the Hilton Colon in Guayaquil, JW Marriott, Sheraton Four Points, Holiday Inn, Hilton Colon and one of the most recent projects, the Hotel Ibis in the capital.
