PUBLIC SPACES
Majestic buildings embellish the capital city with the Semaica seal, are public spaces that have become urban icons.
Colossuses such as the General Rumiñahui Coliseum and buildings of cultural significance such as the House of Music and the House of Culture in Quito have the Semaica seal, the latter a 25,000 m² remodeling to be the official headquarters of the world summit on sustainable housing development organized by the UN: Habitat III which hosted approximately 30,000 people during four days of the event.
Masterpieces such as Samanes Park in Guayaquil and Bellavista Stadium in Ambato are also part of the public spaces that Semaica has left to society with determination and knowledge.
